Big Lottery Funding Awarded to Kick-start Enabling Works at the Railway Garden
We are so pleased to announce that the Railway Garden has been awarded an "Awards for All" grant by the Big Lottery (now The National Lottery Community Fund) to help fund the enablings works phase, prior to the structural landscaping works beginning. This is a massive boost which will help kick-start the work, while we search for more funds to help fund the main landscaping. It will help with the utility and soil surveys we need to undertake, further detailed design work and site clearance, among other things.
